This course let us know how to maintain coordination with body,mind and soul.It will tell us when to fast n how to do it. These Yoga sessions have taught me how to keep our body fit and how to coordinate Body,Mind and Soul.Within 20 days I have reduced 6 Kgs from 74 to 68 KG's with prabhujis sessions. Madhav Kirti Prabhuji is an expert Yoga teacher and he has told how to detoxify lungs and supply oxygen to the body and in-turn will increase immunity to fight any virus .I have told to many of my friends and relatives about the breathing exercises(Pranayama) and how it will increase immunity to fight any virus in the world. Each and every asana he made us to do has benefits to increase immunity and stay healthy.He has also told how/When to do intermittent fasting.This 1 hour of Yoga is very much required to keep our body,mind and soul healthy.
It was great to be part of this learning of knowledge and process of natural healing of body. So many ins and outs have been discussed about the different important organs of the body, that how they function, how they heal themselves, what food affect them, what are the food best for the body, the food eat timings, the fasting benefits materially and spiritually and list goes on. I am really satisfied and happy that I joined this course and learned many things about keeping this body healthy both materially and spiritually.
